WHEN ARE REFUNDS APPLICABLE?
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged
- Item received is defective
- Wrong item was delivered
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Minor colour variation due to photography lighting
HOW IT WORKS
- Record an unboxing video the moment you open your package — this is mandatory
- Email us at info.poppsicles@gmail.com with your order number + unboxing video + photos
- We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, a gift card for the full order amount will be issued to your registered email within 2–3 working days ✨
⚠️ Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
GIFT CARD TERMS
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
- One gift card per transaction
