SIZE EXCHANGE
Got the wrong size? No stress!
- Email us at info.poppsicles@gmail.com with your order number + photos of the item
- We’ll review and confirm within 24–48 hours
- Pack it up — unused, unwashed, tags intact
- Our courier picks it up within 1–3 working days
- Your new size is on its way! ✨
RETURNS — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
Received something that’s not quite right? We’re so sorry, let’s fix it!
Returns are only accepted if:
- Item received is damaged
- Item received is defective
- Wrong item was delivered
How to raise a return:
- Record an unboxing video the moment you open your package — this is mandatory for all return requests
- Email us at info.poppsicles@gmail.com with your order number + unboxing video + photos
- We’ll review within 24–48 hours
- If approved, a gift card for the full amount will be issued to your email within 2–3 working days ✨
⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- Exchange/Return window: 7 days from delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, tags on
- One exchange per order
- Reverse pickup fees apply (paid by customer)
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned again
- Colour may slightly vary due to photography lighting
